덴마크 건축회사 BIG에서 진행한 빌딩으로 빌딩 이름이 'the spiral'이라고 한다. 직관적인 이름에 뭔가 쿨한 느낌이 나는데?
사실 전체적인 외형은 유리 외벽에 직사각형 형태이지만 계단식?으로 테라스가 있어 포인트가 된다.
내부에 열 수 있는 유리창이 하나 없는 고층 빌딩에서 일해본 적이 있는데 오후쯤엔 사무실 공기가 너무 탁해져 밖에 나가 바람 좀 쐬고 싶지만 엘리베이터 타이밍도 안 맞기도 하고, 고층에서 지상에 다녀오는 게 번거로워 답답한 사무실에 갇혀있는 경우가 종종 있는데 바로 이런 빌딩이라면 바깥바람도 쐴 수 있어 정말 정말 좋을 것 같다.
